Inotec Enters Agreement with Maytag - November 2005
Maytag, L.L.C. has entered an agreement to distribute Inotec natural cleaning products through its Parts and Accessory Division. Ecosol Degreasing Cleaner will be the first product introduced with a nationwide advertizing campaign. Additional products and endorsement agreements are being developed for 2006.


Club Wipes to be Introduced at PGA Show
- October 2005
Inotec is excited to announce that Club Wipes, a revolutionary new golf equipment cleaner, will be introduced at the 2006 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando on January 26th through the 29th. The product will be showcased in Booth 8447 and the New Product Center, where it will be competing for the New Product of the Year.

Inotec Signs New Distributors for Club Wipes - September 2005
Inotec, L.L.C. proudly announces the the following new distributors for Club Wipes: Charter Products Golf Inc., Jack Jolly & Sons, and AMA Golf. Additionally, sales & distribution agreements are in the process of being secured for Canada, Mexico, Europe and Japan.

Fully Biodegradeable Wipes on the Horizon - July 2005
As a further commitment to the environment, Inotec has initiated a project to develop the first completely biodegradeable wipes. The products will utilize earth friendly cleaners on a biodegradealbe nonwoven pulp fabric and packaged in the worlds first fully biogegradeable, corn and soy starch-based plastic canister.

Inotec, L.L.C. president, Curt Karbum recently observed, "This product line will not only be safe and effective for the consumeer, but will be landfill friendly... it will completely biodegrade over time, reducing landfill mass and accelerate Inotec's evolution towards completely bio-harmonious products."

Inotec Seeks Endorsement from Major Appliance Manufacturer - June 2005
Inotec, L.L.C. a leading innovator of natural cleaning products for the appliance and outdoor cooking industries is finalizing plans for an endorsement program with one of the top worldwide appliance manufacturers. Included in the endorsement program will be an integrated sales system instantly expanding the reach of Inotec products throughout North America. An announcement of details is anticipated during early August 2005.

Safer Disinfectant to be Introduced - May 2005
In an ongoing effort to promote safer, less toxic products, Inotec anticipates a fourth quarter 2005 introduction of an EPA approved hard surface disinfectant, tentatively called Inotec SC. It is a groundbreaking product because it exceeds the effectiveness of traditional disinfectants without the common hazards. Inotec SC not only kills bacteria, but also fungi and viruses with unparalleled effectiveness.

Most impressive of all is the fact that that the product provides significant residual activity meaning that it protects for up to 24 hours after application. Inotec SC is non-corrosive, non-flammabe, odorless and colorless. and safe for skin contact. Unlike tradional hard surface disinfectants, Inotec SC does not require rinsing after use and is safe for skin contact.

Inotec Announces West Coast Distributor - April 2005
Inotec, L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Camdin Technologies, a marketing and distribution company based in Ventura, California has signed an agreement to sell and distribute Inotec Club Wipes, a new patented golf club and grip cleaner being introduced in August 2005.

Inotec Applies for Federal Biobased Products Procurement Program (FB4B) - March 2005
Inotec has applied for and is in the process of obtaining approval to act as a supplier under the Federal Biobased Products Procurement Program (FB4B). The FB4B Program is a feature of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 which is dedicated to promoting the use of inovative biobased products within the U.S. Government.

Inotec has submitted its unique corn and soy based Ecosol Degreasing Cleaner to the FB4B testing board at Iowa State University. After anticipated approval, it will be placed on the Designated Biobased Products List (DBPL). Federal procurement professionals are required to purchase a certain percentage of recycled and/or biobased products from the DBPL.

Inotec Working with United Soy Board (USB) - October 2004
Inotec, L.L.C. is working closely with the USB to introduce safer, less toxic natural soybean based cleaners and degreasers into the consumer and institutional markets. As highlighted on the USB website, "the United Soy Board is dedicated to helping boost demand and find new uses for soybeans, making US soybeans the world leader."

Inotec uses soybean technology in its unique Ecosol Degreasing Cleaner that is sold to appliance, outdoor cooking, home care, and food service markets. Curt Karbum, Inotec president, reinforced the commitment to natural cleaning technology recently when he said, "Our goal is to continue to develop unique, safe and natural products that match or exceed the performance of traditional cleaning technologies."
